Right on Schedule

My pregnancy stopped being cute this morning. While I was hanging laundry I heard a weird, and somewhat loud popping sound in my pelvis. It didn't really hurt. I called the on-call OB, whose receptionist asked me if the popping sound was accompanied by a gush of fluid. As if my answer might be, "oh yes, I forgot to mention that." It appears that my pelvic floor is separating and that this is normal. I had no idea that my pelvis has the structural integrity of Leggos.

I also tried to get a picture of my belly contracting for Wordless Wednesday and failed. That is a shame because my new completely out belly button looks so funny like that. It looks like a goblin nose.
