OB Appointment 37 weeks 6 days

Last week at 37 weeks, I was one cm dilated and not at all effaced. My OB said that I was not inducible. Today my cervix was closed. That's right, CLOSED. She said that she'll schedule a c-section if I want one, but that if I want to do a vaginal delivery then she recommends waiting another week. If I haven't gone into labor on my own by then she is going to insert a Foley catheter into my cervix on 07/13 and forcibly dilate me. Sounds like fun.
