Onesupsmanhip

Oh the games mothers play. My baby is bigger than yours, mine sleeps through the night because he is such a great eater = my milk is the awesomest. My baby is talking thanks to our genius genes. Oh your baby is not trying to stand yet? Wow. We don't know how we are going to keep our 4 month old in his crib much longer he picked up the violin last night...

Blah Blab Blah... But if you are reading this and have one baby, or two plus who are not twins at least you don't have to deal with this...

My favorite one is when people hear that I have twins and then start telling me how their toddler and infant is much harder than twins. I don't even argue with them about this, even though I am thinking that they are nuts, and they keep trying to convince me while I am just standing there not disagreeing with them.

What I want to say is, Oh yeah, I am standing here sleeping with my eyes open listening to you because parents of twins know how to do this, do you know how to stand and sleep with your eyes open? no? Because you actually do get to sleep when your baby does. What do I get to do? Feed the other baby. So shut up.

Wow. I didn't know how mad I was until I just typed that.

  1. LOL.

A toddler an infant is nothing compared to two infants.

A toddler is considerably easier than an infant in about a million ways -- at least in my opinion.
