I was cleared today for all normal activity. My belly is still very sore above my incision. My OB said this is normal and will last for 3 months. She also checked my breasts, which are super sore and found no infection etc. She looked shocked when I told her that I am producing 100 oz. of milk per day.
I am pretty much over being angry with my OB. The hard part about dealing with her is that I can think that she is a _____ and respect that she is an excellent doctor at the same time. If I got pregnant with twins again I would have to have a cesarean again. In that instance I would use her, since she knows where my internal incision is, and I have a 1 in 25 chance of having twins again. So, I decided not to burn any bridges.
She and I amicably decided that she would not be a good choice for me as a provider unless I actually got pregnant again and made it to ten weeks because she would not manage my progesterone deficiency. My RE, who I saw until the 6 week U/S, said back at the beginning of this pregnancy that if I ever wanted to get pregnant again that she would want me to start charting and taking progesterone every month, when I ovulated, until either it was clear that I did not get pregnant, or until 12 weeks. My OB thought that this was something that the RE should manage, so I don't have to figure out what to do about her for awhile. Also she decided to do my annual exam at the appt., so I can happily keep doctors out of my pants for an entire year. I am excited about that.
So, it was a good day and it is time to work on these abs.

It looks like your belly has gone down quite a bit from the last pictures you posted! Woohoo!
