You are two years old today. You weigh 37 pounds and are exactly three feet tall. Your favorite toys are your collection of ducks and you love to go and "swim" in your grandma's pool.
You love to eat fish sticks and watermelon and you have already demonstrated a strong preference for chocolate pudding over vanilla. You love being read books that are actually a song like My Personal Penguin and Pajama Time.
You love to wear hats, real hats are your favorite, but anything that you can hang on your head will do. You also love fun shoes. I torture your dad by promising to buy you a pair of pink light-up shoes.
I love that after I read you a book now you say "again" "again" and wait expectantly. You are very smart and can spell your own name as well as Owen's. However, after you spell your name you say "Owen." We just realized that is because the last two letters in your name are O-N, which sounds like Owen.
My favorite thing about you is that you are a good hugger and you still love when I sing you Rock-a-Bye Baby and rock you before you go to sleep. You are never going to be too big to get rocked to sleep because you will always be my baby boy.
