I am thankful that we have all made it to nine months happy and healthy. I am thankful that I still produce enough breast milk that each boy is only supplemented with 3 oz. of formula a day. And they drink a TON of milk. I am thankful for my handsome husband who shaved off his beard for the spring and was thoughtful enough to bring his sons into the bathroom to watch so they would not be scared by the change. I am thankful for the amazing bond between my sons that I can still see when they nap in their preferred position, with their feet entwined. I am thankful for a job that allows me to work at home on Fridays. I am thankful for our nanny who built an enormous fort in our living room because she thought it would be fun for them.
And most of all that I can still make them laugh just by moooing. Who says this time in child raising is the hardest part?
